How to cancel your Empacer subscription? (Unsubscribe guide)

The subscription can be canceled at any time directly through the account settings.

Steps to cancel the subscription

1. Log in to the account at https://app.empacer.com/
2. Open Profile.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Select Manage Subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

What happens after canceling

Auto-renewal is turned off immediately, and no further charges will be made. Full access to Empacer remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

Need help canceling?

A ticket can also be submitted to the support team asking to cancel the subscription. The team will process the cancellation from their side, so there is no need to click through anything.
