What are Connections in Empacer?
Connections are the apps Empacer reads from and works through. Link the tools you already use, and Empacer can get things done right where your business happens. Your Profile shows 1,000+ connectors — "Your tools, one agent".
Examples of apps you can connect
- Instagram — for example, answering direct messages
- WhatsApp — keep customer threads in one place
- Gmail — draft replies to customer emails
- Google Calendar — check your week before promising a time
- Google Business Profile
- Twilio SMS — send reminders to clients
- Square
How it looks in the app
In the Connections block on your Profile, connected apps open with ›, and apps that aren't connected yet show Connect.
